Returns & Refunds Policy

At Gamer Supps, we want to ensure you are powered up and satisfied; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened tubs or used shaker cups.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the RMA number inside the package before shipping it back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
